Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain within an indicative 24/72 working hours from order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the size and weight of the product. Large appliances are delivered kerbside by a specialised carrier; we will contact you to arrange delivery.

For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact us first at [email protected].

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, write to [email protected] quoting your order number. The product must be returned complete, with all its accessories and in a condition that allows resale. Once received and checked, we will refund the amount by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity. New sealed products carry a 3-year statutory warranty. Outlet products (checked, refurbished or with damaged packaging) carry the statutory warranty applicable to second-hand goods, with a minimum of 1 year, unless a longer period is stated in the product listing. The condition of each unit is described honestly by its grade (A, B or C).

Returns for faulty products

If the product has a defect not described in its listing, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange collection free of charge and proceed with repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Appliance recycling (WEEE)

In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 110/2015, when you buy an equivalent new appliance you can hand over your old one to us for proper recycling. Ask us about the conditions when arranging delivery.
